By participating in Nasir & Nasiib raffles and prize draws (“Campaigns”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Employees of Nasir & Nasiib, partner stores, and their immediate families are not eligible.
Participation is valid only through purchases made at designated partner stores during the campaign period.
Each qualifying purchase automatically enters the customer into the raffle.
Proof of purchase (receipt) may be required to validate entry.
Multiple entries are allowed if multiple qualifying purchases are made.
Entries are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
Winners are selected randomly from eligible entries.
The draw process is conducted fairly and transparently.
Nasir & Nasiib’s decision on winners is final and binding.
Winners will be notified via phone, email, or official announcement.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless stated otherwise.
Nasir & Nasiib reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to their prize.
Nasir & Nasiib is not liable for lost entries, technical errors, or delays beyond its control.
Partner stores are responsible only for validating purchases, not for prize distribution.
Winners must claim their prizes within [insert timeframe, e.g., 30 days] or risk forfeiture.
Personal information collected during participation will be used solely for campaign administration and prize distribution.
Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By accepting a prize, winners consent to Nasir & Nasiib using their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Nasir & Nasiib reserves the right to amend these Terms or terminate a campaign at any time, with notice provided through official channels.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Somalia
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Somalia.
